On Saturday, January 1, 2000, the Diocese of Paterson

marked the beginning of the Third Christian Millennium

with a special prayer of dedication of the Diocese

of the work of Christ in the new century.

The Artists Stations of the Cross has become a tradition at the Cathedral Concert Series and is the only program repeated yearly. Metropolitan area performers are asked to interpret the traditional stations in a way that reflects their personal spirituality and art.  In addition to the participation of our artists-in-residence, this year's program featured the Gospel Choir of Our Lady of Victories Church and the Filipino Ensemble and Spanish Choir of the Cathedral parish .
The March 15th performance was enjoyed by the largest audience in Cathedral Concert history.
