Jack Cox is the President and Founder of NorthBridge Business Advisors. He brings over 35 years of business and management experience that is critical in the business ownership and transfer preparation and transfer process. In addition, NorthBridge represents several hundred franchise operations for people looking to become business owners through a franchise.
Jack has served in senior finance and operation roles in multiple industries, including large consumer electronics distributors, real estate, insurance and franchise companies as well as a medical device start up. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked in offices in the United States and Australia with the firm. Jack earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton, an MBA from Regis University and a post graduate Certificate in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Business Broker, an Accredited Business Intermediary, a Registered Franchise Consultant™, a member of the AICPA’s Forensic and Valuation Services Section, a chartered Global Management Accountant and a licensed realtor.
He remains connected to the communities he serves as a member of the Finance Council for the Diocese of Paterson, the Board of Adjustment for Morris Plains, NJ and a Trustee for Employment Horizons. He is a parishioner of St. Virgil in Morris Plains, NJ with his wife, Lisa. They have two grown children, Tim and Julia.
