Deacon Michael Allgaier

Michael Allgaier was ordained May 2005. He is assigned to St. Mary’s parish in Denville. He is married to his wife, Marie, for 45 years. He assists at various liturgies, proclaims the Gospel and delivers homilies at St. Mary’s Church, Denville, NJ. He is active in formation education of the youth of the parish in CCD and Confirmation programs. He currently serves as the Assistant to the Director of the Permanent Diaconate for Paterson Diocese. He served as mentor during deacon formation for deacon candidates for 15 years.

His secular job before retirement was as Director of Training with an international testing services company. He has a BS in Business Management and a MS in Industrial Management.
