Deacon Robert Ayers, MA

Deacon Bob was ordained to the diaconate in 1988. Deacon Bob holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University and an MA in Theology from Holy Apostles College and Seminary. Bob has over 30 years of management experience including operations, property, and information systems. He worked for the Diocese of Paterson from 2008 to 2020. He has served as a board member of Catholic Family and Community Services, a member of the Diaconate Advisory Council and the Diocesan Pastoral Council. Deacon Bob and his family reside in Clifton and are parishioners of St. Philip the Apostle Parish.
